🌿 A Season of Change at Fabled Farms

Slowing Down to Heal and Refocus

💬 A Note From the Heart

ree

This year, Fabled Farms is taking a deep breath—and we want to share why.

After last years of pouring love into our markets, our food truck, and everything in between, we are entering a season that calls for something different: rest and healing.

Both Shawna and Selena—the two main hands and hearts behind Fabled Farms—are facing major surgeries this year. With recovery time and real self-care needed, we’ve made the decision to slow down in 2025 so we can return stronger in the future.

📉 What’s Changing

Here’s what our season will look like:

  • 🛑 Citrus Sips & Bites is taking a break this year. Only will be at SLORA, County Fair and the Let's Vike It events.

  • 🗓️ We’ll only attend the events we’re already committed to.

  • 🧺 We’ll be at the Ione Farmers Market just 1–2 times per month.

  • 💻 Farm goodies will still be available online through our website and social media!

📆 Where You Can Still Find Us

Even though we’re slowing down, we’re still showing up at some exciting places! Come see us and grab your farm favorites:

🌾 Weeks Outfitters Takeover (May 15th, Kettle Falls, WA)

  • Freshly laid quail eggs

  • Quail & chicken chicks

  • Old Fashioned Sweet & Savory breads

  • Jams, jellies & local honey

🎪 Slora Events

  • Oldtown, ID – July 19–20 - Rotary Park

  • Ione, WA – August 9–10 - City Park

🎡 Pend Oreille County Fair – August 13–17

🏈 Let’s Vike It! (Viking-themed event) – September 13 - Newport City Park

💬 Any additional events will depend on our health and the help available to us at the time. We'll keep you posted!

💛 This Isn’t Goodbye

We’re still here. Just moving a little slower for now.

We’re working on creative ways to continue bringing our jams, jellies, baked goods, produce, and other farm favorites to your table, even while we scale back in-person events.

We’re endlessly grateful for your patience and support as we navigate this new rhythm.

🙌 How You Can Support Us

Your support means everything—especially now. Here’s how you can help Fabled Farms during this slower season:

  • Order from our website or social media.Every sale helps keep us going!

  • Engage with us on social media.Like, comment, and share our posts to help us stay visible.

  • Pre-order when you can. We’ll announce special items and bundles—watch for those updates!

  • Visit us at events and markets when we pop up. We’d love to see your smiling face, even if it’s just for a quick hello!

  • Tell your friends about us. Help us grow our farm family by spreading the word!

  • Send encouragement. A kind word or message means more than you know.

💚 Thank You for Walking With Us

We’re embracing this as a season of healing, gratitude, and grace. Thank you for walking this journey alongside us. We’ll keep you updated as we go, and we can’t wait to share all the goodness growing here—even in the quiet seasons.

With love and hope,Shawna, Selena & the Fabled Farms Family
