Fabled Farms Mushroom Adventure: A Fresh Start and a New Greenhouse 🌿🍄

Here at Fabled Farms, we’ve always been up for a challenge. This year, we decided to add mushrooms to our farming adventure. However, as with all new ventures, we hit a few hurdles early on—namely, the humidity and moisture that mushrooms need to grow properly just weren’t quite right.

So, we hit reset. 🛑 After a little trial and error, we came up with a plan to bring our fungi dreams to life in a big way! We built a bookshelf greenhouse and added a humidifier to keep the perfect environment for our mushrooms to thrive. And so far? Things are looking really promising!

Currently, we have the following mushrooms making their way into our harvest:

• Blue Oyster Mushrooms – Bright and full of flavor

• Yellow Oyster Mushrooms – Mild and tender

• Pink Oyster Mushrooms – Beautiful and tasty

• Lion’s Mane – Slowly but surely joining the group with its signature look and amazing benefits

Our restart has been a journey, but the results are so worth it. We’re excited to watch these mushrooms grow and look forward to offering them to you soon.
